EMBRACE is active across multiple communities because effective biotoxin preparedness
cannot be achieved in isolation. Addressing complex CBRNe risks requires continuous
dialogue between research, operational response, industry, policy and standardisation
actors. By engaging in diverse expert networks and practitioner forums, EMBRACE ensures
that innovation is shaped by real-world needs, that solutions are aligned with market and
interoperability requirements, and that knowledge flows both ways. This cross-community
engagement strengthens collaboration, supports the long-term uptake and
commercialisation of project outcomes, and sustains an active biotoxin stakeholder
ecosystem well beyond the project’s duration.
