Chris Singer is RAN’s policing and security specialist, bringing senior operational experience to CBRNE preparedness, responder safety and high-threat incident management. He supports cross-sector collaboration between policing, emergency response, science and policy communities, helping translate CBRNE threats, sampling, forensic and interoperability challenges into practical, legally robust guidance for operational decision-makers.

Sebastian leads the technical development of the Horizon Europe EMBRACE Biotox Hub, guiding its architecture, functionality and integration with related project systems. He translates project requirements and stakeholder needs into a practical, usable platform supporting biotoxin preparedness. His role ensures the Hub is technically robust, user-focused and capable of supporting collaboration, knowledge sharing and long-term exploitation across the project lifecycle.
